How to delete your data
If you want to delete your Otto account and all associated data, there are two ways:
Option 1 — From Otto (recommended)
- Sign in at https://ottopocket.com
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click Delete my account
- Confirm the action
Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access your account, write to support@ottopocket.com from the email associated with your Otto account, with subject "Data deletion request". We delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your Otto account and profile information
- All detected subscriptions and any you added manually
- Your notes and custom context
- Cancellation threads sent from your mailbox
- The OAuth connection of your Gmail (we revoke access at Composio)
- Your sync and cleanup history
- Any derived data stored on our infrastructure
What we can't delete
Some data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days. It is not accessible to our operational systems and is overwritten automatically. Additionally, billing records are retained for up to 10 years for tax obligations applicable to Insyder LLC (customer identifier, amount, date — without service data). If you need formal confirmation of total deletion, ask us by email.
Revoke access from Google
Additionally, you can revoke Otto/Composio's access to your Gmail from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
